Product Overview
The 1″ Standard Male Valve is APU Packaging’s established continuous-spray valve for a wide range of aerosol products. Pressing the actuator opens the valve for continuous dispensing, while releasing it allows the valve to reseal. The mounting cup, stem and housing configuration can be selected according to the formulation, actuator, can and required discharge characteristics.

360° Aerosol Valve
The 360° Aerosol Valve is developed for products that need to dispense reliably when the container is held upright, sideways or inverted. An internal stainless-steel ball device supports product pickup across different orientations. Built on an established continuous-spray valve platform, it can be configured according to the formulation, actuator, can and desired spray characteristics.
Metering Aerosol Valve
The Metering Aerosol Valve delivers a defined quantity of product with each actuation instead of providing continuous discharge. It is suited to applications where dosage control, repeatability and consistent product delivery are important. Seven dose volumes are available, allowing the valve to be selected according to the product, application and intended user experience.
Powder Aerosol Valve
The Powder Aerosol Valve is developed specifically for aerosol products containing dry powders. Its wider stem-orifice configuration supports powder transfer through the valve and helps reduce the possibility of obstruction during dispensing. The valve uses an established aerosol mounting-cup and housing platform, making it suitable for integration with conventional aerosol packs and production processes.
