Tapan Soni – Wholetime Director
Tapan Soni leads APU Packaging India, overseeing key functions across sales, customer service, procurement, production planning and business administration. Since joining APU in 2016, he has played a central role in strengthening the company’s India operations and building responsive, dependable support for customers across the packaging value chain.
With a background in packaging, sales, marketing and project management, Tapan brings a practical, cross-functional approach to business leadership. His focus remains on aligning customer requirements with efficient execution, strong coordination and reliable delivery.
Vincent Lim – Director
Vincent Lim is the Chairman of APU Holdings and a Director and Shareholder of APU Qingyuan. With over four decades of experience in manufacturing, operations and international business leadership, he has played a foundational role in building APU’s long-term capabilities across markets.
His career spans senior leadership roles across Singapore, China and Korea, including operational and general management positions within the valve and packaging sectors. Vincent brings deep expertise in production management, business development and cross-border manufacturing operations, guiding APU’s strategic direction and continued commitment to reliable, high-performance packaging solutions.
Weisheng Zeng – Director
Weisheng Zeng leads APU Qingyuan, bringing more than two decades of management experience in packaging manufacturing and business operations. Since taking on the role of General Manager in 2018, he has supported the company’s operational growth, manufacturing discipline and long-term development.
Before joining APU Qingyuan, Weisheng led APU’s Guangzhou operations for over 17 years and held senior management roles within the packaging industry. His experience across business leadership, production management and enterprise development brings valuable depth to APU’s manufacturing capabilities and commitment to reliable packaging solutions.
Paul Zhao – Director
Paul Zhao brings more than three decades of leadership experience across manufacturing and industrial businesses to APU Packaging. As Director and Consultant at APU Qingyuan, he contributes strategic perspective shaped by senior roles in components, automotive parts and international manufacturing operations.
Before joining APU, Paul held leadership positions including Director, Deputy General Manager and Chief Executive Officer across several businesses in China. His experience supports APU’s long-term operational development, manufacturing capability and commitment to building dependable packaging solutions for customers across markets.

Mahesh Yadav
Operations Manager, Neemrana UnitMahesh Yadav leads operations at APU Packaging India’s Neemrana unit, with responsibility across production, quality, maintenance, tooling and development projects. A mechanical engineer with experience in quality and technical management, he brings a structured, process-led approach to plant performance.
His focus is on production planning, continuous improvement, new product implementation and maintaining the quality and compliance systems that support reliable manufacturing at scale.
Sher Singh Yadav
Factory Head, GujaratSher Singh Yadav heads APU Packaging India’s Gujarat factory, overseeing manufacturing, quality, procurement, stores and dispatch. He played a key role in establishing the Vapi unit, supporting its setup through plant layout, machinery installation, process implementation and day-to-day operational development.
With experience across quality, sales and plant management, Sher Singh focuses on efficient production, inventory discipline, timely delivery and building capable shop-floor teams.
Sanjeev Yadav
HR ManagerSanjeev Yadav leads human resources and administration across APU Packaging India’s manufacturing units in Rajasthan and Gujarat. Having built the HR function from the ground up, he now oversees recruitment, workforce planning, payroll, statutory compliance, performance management and employee relations.
His work helps create the systems, support structures and workplace practices that enable APU teams to perform consistently, safely and effectively.
Krishnawatar Yadav
Finance HeadKrishnawatar Yadav leads the finance function at APU Packaging India, bringing experience across financial reporting, budgeting, cash-flow management, receivables and commercial coordination. His understanding of both accounts and customer-facing operations helps connect financial discipline with practical business requirements.
He supports timely reporting, stronger credit control and sound financial planning across the organisation’s day-to-day operations.
