Custom Design, Tooling & Commercial Supply

Bring your unique spray concept to life. We design, tool, and manufacture custom actuators, spraycaps, and caps tailored to your product requirements.

What's Included:

  • Complete design engineering for your spray application
  • Custom mold tooling and manufacturing setup
  • Full commercial supply at volume
  • Mock-up samples for your approval before finalizing production

Why It Matters:

  • A custom actuator or spraycap can differentiate your product in a crowded market. Instead of adapting your product to off-the-shelf components, we adapt the components to your product vision.

Next Step:Request a design consultation. We'll evaluate your requirements, discuss options, and provide a mock-up sample at no charge.

Custom Logo on Existing Products
Logo Embossing on Actuators, Spraycaps, or Caps

Custom Logo on Existing Products

Add your branding to our best-selling actuators, spraycaps, and caps without developing new tooling from scratch.

What's Included:

  • Custom cavity plate insert for your logo in the existing mold
  • One-time investment in the cavity plate
  • Full production capability with your logo
  • Mock-up sample for approval before production

Cost Model:

  • One-time cavity plate investment (depends on component size and complexity)
  • Per-unit cost includes logo application

Next Step:Provide your logo design and the component you want customized. We'll show you a mock-up and quote the cavity plate cost and per-unit pricing.

Custom Branding on Mounting Cups
Get Your Company Name or Logo on the Valve Cup

Custom Branding on Mounting Cups

Make your valve memorable. We can apply your company name or logo directly onto the mounting cup—visible on every unit.

What's Included:

  • Custom printing on tinplate or aluminum mounting cups
  • Full production runs at commercial scale
  • Visual distinction that builds brand recognition

Order Requirements:

  • Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ): Required

Next Step:Contact us for a quote with your logo/text, desired placement, and estimated volume. We'll provide turnaround time and pricing.

Inner Gasket Compatibility Study
Verify Your Formulation Works with Valve Seals

Inner Gasket Compatibility Study

Before committing to full production, ensure your product formulation is compatible with elastomer gasket materials. We conduct systematic gasket swell/shrinkage testing under controlled conditions.

What's Tested:

  • Gasket material compatibility (Buna, Neoprene, Butyl)
  • Swell and shrinkage percentages over time
  • Durometer (hardness) changes
  • Test Duration: about 4 weeks

Why It Matters:

  • A gasket that swells excessively or shrinks causes valve failure. Incompatible gasket selection can doom an otherwise excellent formulation. This study identifies the right gasket before you manufacture thousands of units.

Next Step:Provide your formulation details. We'll recommend gasket candidates and conduct immersion and packed-unit testing. Results guide your valve selection.

Spray Analysis
Spray Rate | Spray Length | Particle Size Distribution

Spray Analysis

Outsourced lab testing provides precise data on your spray performance. Critical for meeting consumer expectations.

Measurements Include:

  • Spray Rate Delivery rate in grams per second (g/s)
  • Spray Length Distance the spray travels (cm)
  • Particle Size Distribution Droplet size analysis in microns (essential for fine-mist and foam products)

Why It Matters:

  • Different markets demand different spray characteristics. Fine mist products need tighter particle size control; wet sprays tolerate larger droplets. Spray analysis ensures your valve/actuator combination produces the exact performance your consumers expect. Spray rate also changes how lasting the product is for example, one company may want the product to run for a long duration by lowering spray rate, but in contrast another company may want to increase spray rate to finish the can faster so that customers come for a buyback faster.

Next Step:Submit filled samples of your aerosol product or get them filled by us. We'll coordinate testing through our lab partner, collect data on spray rate, spray length, and particle size distribution, and deliver a detailed report with analysis and recommendations within 2–4 weeks.

Note: Quote required before testing begins.

In-House Sampling Facility
Prototype Testing with Aerosol Filling

In-House Sampling Facility

Use our production-grade filling equipment to create sample batches for testing new formulations or modifications to existing products.

Filling Capabilities:

  • LPG-Based Propellants (standard hydrocarbon mixes)
  • CO₂ Formulations (compressed gas aerosols)
  • N₂ Formulations (inert gas applications)

What You Get:

  • Professional-grade aerosol samples filled on our equipment
  • Quality-controlled production matching commercial standards
  • Data on gassing parameters and pressure validation
  • Samples ready for stability testing, spray analysis, or market trials

Why It Matters:

  • Before committing to a contract filler or your own filling line, create samples on proven equipment. Test spray performance, compatibility, and consumer feedback with real aerosol products—not just lab formulations.

Typical Use Cases:

  • New product development and prototype testing
  • Formulation modifications (adjusting propellant ratios, additives, etc.)
  • Qualification samples for customer approval
  • Stability testing baseline samples

Next Step:Discuss your formulation, desired propellant type, and sample volume. We'll schedule filling and provide samples within 2–4 weeks depending on complexity.

Note: Quote required based on filling complexity and sample volume.

BOV (Bag-on-Valve) Sampling
Compartmented Aerosol Product Development

BOV (Bag-on-Valve) Sampling

Bag-on-Valve technology separates product from propellant, enabling new formulation possibilities (water-based gels, shaving foams, food products, etc.).

What We Offer:

  • BOV system expertise and component selection
  • Filling and gassing on our BOV-equipped lines
  • Sample production for testing and market evaluation
  • Compatibility verification with your specific formulation

Why BOV:

  • Enables water-based formulations (propellant doesn't mix with water)
  • Ideal for shaving gels, moisturizing foams, and sensitive formulations
  • Premium positioning in market
  • Growing demand in personal care and pharmaceutical segments

Typical Applications:

  • Shave gels and foams
  • Therapeutic aerosol products
  • Food products (cooking sprays, food additives)
  • Sensitive skincare formulations

Next Step:Tell us about your BOV concept. We'll assess feasibility, discuss bag/valve combinations, and fill prototype samples for your evaluation.

Note: Quote required based on formulation complexity and sample volume.
